maansi jain is a Berlin-based conceptual artist who has guest lectured at New York University (NYU Tandon and NYU Steinhardt) and brings more than two decades of teaching experience to every session. She works across photography, text, sculpture, works on paper and performance. These studio experiences extend an artistic inquiry into perception: how an instruction, an image or a material can change the way we understand what is in front of us.

Do I need art experience?
Draw Otherwise, Words Become Art and Perform the Image are accessible to non-artists. Curiosity and willingness to experiment are welcome. For a particular exercise or access requirement, contact the studio before booking.
Can I come alone or with friends?
Check the participant requirements for your chosen option. Some exercises involve collaboration; minimum participant numbers may vary. You can also contact the studio with a group enquiry.
Where are the experiences and what do they cost?
